TOOL ROOM & FABRICATION
SUPPORT
To support stable injection molding operations, CJ Polytech maintains an integrated tool room and fabrication facility within the manufacturing environment. This capability enables efficient mold maintenance, tooling adjustments, and secondary operations that support uninterrupted production programs.
The tool room is equipped with essential machining infrastructure including CNC milling systems, EDM, VMC machines, cylindrical and surface grinding, along with conventional lathe and drilling capabilities. Quality assurance is supported through advanced metrology systems such as bridge type CMM, profile projectors, and dimensional inspection equipment.
Production is further supported by essential utilities including industrial chillers, mold temperature controllers, material handling systems, and process cooling infrastructure, enabling stable manufacturing performance across high volume plastic injection molding operations.
